What you all need to do, is to ask Brion (brion A.T wikimedia D.O.T org) or TimStarling (timstarling A.T wikimedia D.O.T org) to having your Subversion account to be set up, And also, you need to ask them to having the planet in your language to be set up, in this case that would be http://ru.planet.wikimedia.org.
