Software development non-profit
[edit]An organization that implements community wishes. A non-profit that is focused on developing Wikimedia software. All the funds donated to it would be used for implementing technical tasks Wikimedia community members have described in phabricator, the Community Wishlists, Village Pump posts, Bot requests, or elsewhere.

Machine Translated Wikipedia
[edit]If this is not done by the community itself (and so far there has been little engagement), an organization that does what's proposed at W78: Wikipedia Machine Translation Project which could lead to free knowledge being accessible to far more people and probably pageviews on the same order if not larger as English Wikipedia. The latter combined with that it's just text and things stored on Commons probably means the site could easily sustain itself via things like ads (preferably the community is in charge which ads are accepted) and additionally generate a fortune of financial resources that could be used to improve this innovation, donate to Wikipedia, and fund developers.
