Punjabi Wikisource Contest

Punjabi Wikisource Contest is a proofreading contest happening from 21 December 2018 to 31 January 2019 at Punjabi Wikisource under the Municipal library digitization and proofreading, an on-going work in Heritage GLAM project.

Rules

Rule 1: Text mistakes have to be edited and corrected in proofread pages.
Rule 2: Basic formatting should be done.
Rule 3: For each correct proofread page, 2 points will be given and for pages with spelling errors, zero points will be given to the user for that page.
Rule 4: The jury can be contestant in condition, they don't judge and give points to the books they themselves have worked on.
Rule 5: Before directly giving zero marks, for jury members, it is imperative to leave 3 warnings to the editor to correct the repeated mistakes before marking the points as null.

Prizes

The prizes will be provided to winners in form of merchandize and Amazon coupons.
