Publicity (Flyer design, printing) - 20,000 Projector and Public Address System- 20,000 Facilitator and Logistics - 15,000 Power Generator - 15,000 Refreshments - (4000 x 20 participants) - 80,000 Prizes for contributors - 35,000 Photography - 30,000 Airtime and Data reimbursement for facilitators -(7000x2) 14,000 Data reimbursement for participants twice - (1500 per person) 60,000 Contingencies and Miscellaneous - 20,000 was spent on encouraging members who came early to the event and for those who edited on spot.

Total #309,000 (Three hundred and nine thousand naira).
