Grant funds spent

The total sum of N300,000 was utilized across the following components:

Event Hall – N60,000: The amount was spent on renting a suitable venue where all training and project activities were conducted.
Event Banner – N15,000: This covered the design and printing of the project banner, which was used for visibility, identification, and documentation during the event.
Tags and Flyers – N15,000: The funds were used to produce participant tags for identification and flyers for awareness and communication purposes before and during the event.
Branded T-Shirts for Organizers – N21,000: This was used to produce customized T-shirts for the three organizers, helping to ensure easy identification and a coordinated team presence.
Food and Refreshments – N75,000: The amount covered meals and drinks for 30 participants at N2,500 each, ensuring participants remained comfortable and actively engaged throughout the sessions.
Transport and Accommodation – N50,000: This supported transportation and accommodation for the organizer and one facilitator, enabling effective coordination and smooth execution of the project.
Photowalk Tour (Tashe and Sallah Days) – N54,000: The funds were used to organize and facilitate the photowalk activities, including logistics and movement during the Tashe and Sallah cultural documentation period.
Contingency – N10,000 : This was utilized to address minor unforeseen expenses that arose during the implementation of the project.
