- Generator hire and fuel - 20,000
- Meals and refreshments for participants – 3,000 × 20 = 60,000 NGN
- Printing of flyers and banner – 25,000 NGN
- Branded T-shirts (3 units) – 10,000 × 3 = 30,000 NGN
- Miscellaneous/Contingency – 30,000 NGN
- Total: 230,000 NGN
