The project was a huge success, the outcome was massive as it was focused on new editors and they did massively good. I was impressed on how dedicated they were in sharing free knowledge globally.

What worked well?

The turn up and interest of participants was achieved, achievements of all goals was met.

What did not work so well? On the physical training, the new editor's about 6 of them created an account using meta.wikimedia.org but when they were set to work on wikidata,they were restricted. I consulted an admin on wikidata that was after the training and he told me on how to fix it next time. Due to they couldn't participate during the physical training they became confused and didn't work on wikidata even the second online held they didn't attend,saying they had classes.
What would you do differently next time? I will try reaching out to the admin that same day if any issues comes up . And creating awareness not just to one department but others. One thing I noticed is that the participant follow more during the physical training which I will improve on and make sure everyone is carried along.
