Learning
[edit]Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What were the successful aspects of the project?
The training sessions focused on open knowledge were remarkably successful. Participants exhibited high levels of engagement, displaying attentiveness and a strong commitment to adhering to the provided guidelines. The training sessions were enriched with interactive demonstrations that facilitated a robust exchange of questions and answers, contributing to a productive learning environment.
- What were the challenges encountered?
One notable challenge we encountered was time constraints using google meet.
- What improvements will be considered for future initiatives?
In planning future events, we intend to pay for zoom subscription as that will give us more time for training. Moreover, we will explore innovative methods to boost online and physical participation and engagement to compensate for potential limitations in physical attendance, ensuring the success and inclusivity of our knowledge-sharing endeavors.
