Learning

[edit]

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?

participant came out on time due to consistent promptings on social media. *Data service was on point. The hall was well-lit and ventilated. Most Participants came with their devices and those who came with phones knew how to navigate the site with their phones. The Facilitator was on point and was understood by most participants.

  • What did not work so well?

The vendor who was contacted for the refreshment delivered late for both training days. I had a POS withdrawal delay on the first day of the training so much so that the transport subsidy was only available on the second day.

  • What would you do differently next time?

I will ensure prompt delivery of refreshments and withdraw the transport subsidy way ahead of time to avoid delays from network issues.
