That's not true. You can read there ("Hola, si vas a procesar listas de Interwikis producidas a partir de wikipedia en otros idiomas sería excelente") that he would be very welcome when he runs multi-login from other wikipedias. That is exactly what RoboDick does. If the stewards need a translation to english, you may contact me at my Dutch discussion page and ask me to make a translation. Jcb 23:18, 14 December 2005 (UTC)

There is a special page for that on ES es:Wikipedia:Bot/Autorizaciones. Best use that so there can be no discussion about it instead of the local cafe-page. --Walter 18:15, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
