Requests for comment/A new global lock reason

From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

Per discussion, I'd like to request some comments here for whether we should add a reason for global lock, which is "cross-wiki harras, nuisance, personal attack, menace, and death threat". @燃灯, Brror, Jsjsjs1111, Ruslik, and -revi. Sæn 14:02, 14 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

That is Threats of harm, dealt with by WMF, not stewards.

Individual wiki communities of the Foundation-hosted projects are mainly comprised of volunteers focused on building content for their individual wiki; but these volunteers are generally ill-equipped, and do not have any of the necessary formal training, to deal with complex situations involving real-life emergencies or threats of physical harm.

Actually ca(_AT_)wikimedia.org or trustandsafety(_AT_)(same domain) is the preferred one according to yesterday's James. — regards, Revi 15:51, 14 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
