Statement of the issue[edit]

@Toghrul R: - sysop of Azerbaijani Wikipedia blocked my with unclear reason. Please help me. If you have any quaetion please let me know. As you probably know, Wikipedia in Azerbaijan is under the control of the President. A member of parliament manages Wikipedia. I have created several templates on the Russian Wikipedia. There was no problem. I asked the deputy for permission to create one template on the Azerbaijani Wikipedia. I was allowed. But as soon as I created the template, they blocked my account. They said I am violating copyright?! Then they said that I am a user who has become a global block?! Please check it too. All Wikipedians in Azerbaijan are appointed by the President. No one can operate without his permission. Abraxanov (talk) 14:42, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please note that the user above has been blocked by Wikimedia Foundation (Aydinsalis). Later he came back with his own wiki-project calling it "Shaki Encyclopedia" which insults editors of Azerbaijani Wikipedia by awarding them with insulting medals. ([1]) The imaginary list of his hall of shame includes my name and other admins as well. Despite the fact that nobody cared for his behaviour, he still went on and created his second account: Tofiq Kərimli Later, this account: The Encyclopedia of Shaki, then this one: Asrb123. And finally, the above. A similar discussion can be found here. Cheers, — Toghrul R (talk) 15:09, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Toghrul R If you are insulted, go to court. What is stopping you? What are you afraid of? What does this have to do with Wikipedia? Do you use Wikipedia to punish someone? There is such a thing in the discussion you mentioned, he says I spoke on video. I can come wherever they say. But you said Aydınsalis again ?! You also call me Aydinsalis. You have blocked 100 Aydinsalis accounts. But I think no evidence has ever been presented. Abraxanov (talk) 16:15, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Yet another comment with "100 Aydinsalis accounts" (the same) — Toghrul R (talk) 16:31, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I read that page and quoted from there. You have blocked 100 user accounts. Supposedly Aydınsalis. Again, you say "Aydinsalis". This is your search. Once there was no positive result: [2], [3],[4] Abraxanov (talk) 16:47, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Go and solve your Aydinsalis problems. Why don't you let me act?

100 such news on the official news site of Azerbaijan! Mr. Elnur Elturk! Member of Parliament! Only he and his people work on Wikipedia. Abraxanov (talk) 17:05, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Our president gives money to Wikipedians, gives cars, gives houses. Gives a deputy mandate. That's why they don't let me work on the Azerbaijani Wikipedia. Suddenly, the president will give me a house. Only relatives of the deputy should operate on Wikipedia. And they have to take the money and the house. :) Abraxanov (talk) 17:17, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Vikipediyada 1 dənə məqalə yaradan kimi təcili Azərtacda məlumat yayırlar, alə siz nə gündəsiniz alə?
@Toghrul R: siz azərbaycanca bilirsiniz, sizə yazıram, məni niyə blokladınız? Özünüz qərar verdiniz, yoxsa deputat? Məni bloklayarkən Vikipediya qaydalarını pozuğunuzu yəqin ki bilirsiniz. Və bilirsinizmi ki, sizdən əvvəl bu qaydaları pozanlar indi Vikipediyada deyillər? Ümumiyyətlə deyin görək bu camaata nə vermisiniz və nə ala bilmirsiniz? Mənim ana dilimdə informasiya bazasıdır, bunu təkmilləşdirmək, zənginləşdirmək mənim vətəndaşlıq borcumdur. Niyə imkan vermirsiniz? Bəlkə siz maaşa işləyirsiniz, mənim sizin maaşınızda gözüm yoxdur, mən könüllü fəaliyyət göstərmək istəyirəm, imkan verin. Abraxanov (talk) 17:40, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Abraxanov: you accuse me of receiving money for the things i'm doing, yet you have no proof. Open the articles in the news, none of them are related to me. Your attitudes are beyond comprehension; calm down, please — Toghrul R (talk) 17:48, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Toghrul R: But I did not write that you receive money. How many NGOs operate? I think at least 3? Aren't you a member of one of those NGOs? Where does the money given to NGOs go? Only members of these NGOs can operate on Wikipedia. But they work very poorly.

Çox xahiş edirəm, imkan verin Azərbaycan alimləri, yaradıcı şəxsləri vikipediyada fəaliyyət göstərsinlər. Abraxanov (talk) 18:26, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • @Toghrul R: I ask you, why did you block my account? Why did you cancel my edits? Please answer this question. Who asked you to do that? If you have made a decision yourself, shouldn't you have a hard time answering? I have a question. Are the articles in the Sheki Encyclopedia quality, or in the Azerbaijani Wikipedia? Let's look at a few: 1. Aslan Rüstəmov Şəki Ensiklopediyası Az Vikipediya... Which is better? There are hundreds of them. There are many articles in Sheki Encyclopedia that you do not have. For example, Zaman bəy Şeyxəlibəyov. It's on Russian Wikipedia. Why is there no Azerbaijani Wikipedia? Azerbaijanis can create articles abroad. So why don't they create that article on the Azerbaijani Wikipedia? Do you think Aydinsalis's activity is productive or the deputy's NGO? But Aydinsalis works voluntarily, and the deputy earns money. I am also a volunteer. You block all volunteers, newcomers. Because if there are volunteers on Wikipedia, then no one will give you money. Is that true?
