The Wikipedia Russian version's administration team and council violate the Wikipedia Foundation's rules regarding neutrality and dependence on the Russian Federation government.

The Council and the team, like the Russian Wikipedia patrols, work for the benefit of the secret services and governments of the Russian Federation. They abuse the authority of the Wikipedia administration by:

1. deleting independent articles from users and blocking users for providing information that is unsuitable for the interests of patriots and the Russian secret services;

2. creating false information in articles on historical topics with false sources on artificially created websites that contain information of an assimilationist nature, a rewriting of history, political ideology, and propaganda promoting greatness and war in favor of the Russian Federation authorities;

3. When deleting an article and blocking a user, they make false accusations under the guise of "vandalism," "spam and advertising," and so on.

The Russian Wikipedia has become a platform for pure political recruitment for its own interests, Russia's wars, and propaganda promoting the greatness of the Russian Federation. I request that all articles in the Russian Wikipedia database be reviewed by your colleagues from the Ukrainian, British, and European Wikipedias. If any violation of Wikipedia Foundation rules is confirmed, I propose stripping the entire administration board and patrols of their technical powers and transferring the Russian Wikipedia to the Ukrainian Wikipedia administration board. ~2026-37196-46
