Concerns regarding admin actions on Vietnamese Wikipedia

To the global Wikimedia community, stewards, and Meta-Wiki administrators,

I am Lnbichthu, a Vietnamese contributor who has been editing Wikipedia for nearly 5 years. Although not a long period, it has been enough for me to understand the spirit of an open encyclopedia — where everyone has the right to contribute, discuss, and build knowledge together.

Recently, my account was indefinitely blocked by Vietnamese Wikipedia administrator Nguyentrongphu, and two of my articles were swiftly deleted without proper discussion or reasoning. The articles were:

Draft: Trường Cao đẳng Du lịch Huế (Hue Tourism College)
Khoa Kỹ thuật và Công nghệ – Đại học Huế (School of Engineering and Technology – Hue University)

The reasons for deletion and the block were cited as "PR" and "not notable", but I was not given a chance to respond or clarify. Every avenue for communication was blocked, including my user talk page.

This request is not to appeal the block but to raise awareness about undemocratic behavior and administrative overreach on Vietnamese Wikipedia. The decision-making process appears opaque and centralized in a way that undermines the collaborative nature of the Wikimedia movement.

I humbly ask the stewards and global community to review this situation. Even if the chance that someone reads this is just 0.1%, I still want to raise the voice of someone who has no other channel left.
