Statement of the issue

Please comment ja:user:ネイ who is an administrator of Japanese Wikipedia.

ネイ blocked me on October 19, 2023 14:42. He/she wrote the reason as LTA:SUZU, but there is no further explanation. As you can see from my contributions, I did no Vandalism. Looking at other users who have been blocked as LTA:SUZU by ネイ, it seems that they are targeted in some certain genres. Normally, this should have been checked by other administrators, but in Japanese Wikipedia there is a witch hunt regarding LTA, and I think ネイ is taking advantage of that fact.
