The community needs to develop an active test project; it must remain active until approval (automated statistics, recent changes). It is generally considered active if the analysis lists at least three active, not-grayed-out editors listed in the sections for the previous few months.
"Wikipedia talk" (the discussion namespace of the project namespace)
Default is "no". Preferably, files should be uploaded to Commons.
If you want, you can enable local file uploading, either by any user ("yes") or by administrators only ("admin"). Notes: (1) This setting can be changed afterwards. The setting can only be "yes" or "admin" at approval if the test creates an Exemption Doctrine Policy (EDP) first. (2) Files on Commons can be used on all Wikis. (3) Uploading fair-use images is not allowed on Commons (more info). (4) Localisation to your language may be insufficient on Commons.

Support: I support this language because it is a great language spoken in Gorontalo province in particular, and Sulawesi Island, Indonesia in general. Ezagren (talk) 23:22, 11 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Strongly support for this Wikipedia in Gorontalo language. This can also be a project which can be a preserver the local language in Indonesia. ···👦 Rachmat04·💬 01:57, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Support. I see the potential this Wikipedia will trigger the creation of more small-language wikis of Central & Eastern Indonesia. Cahyo Ramadhani (talk) 15:20, 22 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Support Strongly endorse. I had the privilege to know the good people behind this effort, and combined with my own experience during Minangkabau request, I think this one deserves to be approved. Salam, Muhraz (talk) 23:33, 11 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I strongly Support this. It's amazing that the contributors are so passionate in developing this project. And besides, I haven't heard a regional language in Indonesia has a project in the Incubator that is as active as this nowadays. I'm so jealous that I haven't been able to contribute in my local language project. I still confused. xDMahali syarifuddin (talk) 23:15, 12 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
