- The community needs to develop an active test project; it must remain active until approval (automated statistics, recent changes). It is generally considered active if the analysis lists at least three active, not-grayed-out editors listed in the sections for the previous few months.
- The community needs to complete required MediaWiki interface translations in that language (about localization, translatewiki, check completion).

Proposal
[edit]Let me request for a Arakanese(Rakhine) Wiktionary, seeing that the project already exists on Incubator. Arakanese language(Burmese pronunciation: Rakhine language[ɹəkʰàɪɴ bàθà]) is a Tibeto-Burman language spoken in western Myanmar, primarily in the Rakhine State, parts of south-eastern Bangladesh and parts of southern Tripura in India. Closely related to Burmese, the language is spoken by the Rakhine and Marma peoples; it is estimated to have around one million native speakers and it is spoken as a second language by a further million. As we have an experience on creation of the Arakanese Wikipedia, and with a vibrant community to boot, I think that the Arakanese Wiktionary is very much feasible.
