Research:Intermediary liability law study for Yale Law School
This project analyzes the legal frameworks supporting websites like the Wikimedia projects, especially Wikipedia, and how those frameworks are effective for correcting false information through an independent and autonomous community movement. This will assist in explaining and supporting these legal frameworks.
This project will involve legal research and review of relevant cases.
Initial draft to Yale due August 1, 2017. Article publication expected in September 2017.
