With more emphasis on making data-informed decisions, there is a need for reaching out to the different communities for getting feedback on their work-flow as they read and/or Wikipedia, on desktop, mobile and App sites using desktop, mobile, or tablet devices.

Current process[edit]

Issues with the current process[edit]

  • Individuals may receive multiple requests to participate in surveys from different teams. This can be confusing, and potentially frustrating.
  • Consistency in survey results is at risk since different teams may use different standards and definitions for targetting potential participants.
