This page contains the list of survey questions used in Teahouse Pilot project wrap up analysis.

Note: These surveys were deployed with skip logic. Participants were only asked certain questions if they had given a particular answer to previous questions. For example, a participant might only be asked Why did you decide to ask a question? (Q3.1) if they had answered "yes" in Q3 If a question uses skip logic, the criteria for displaying that question are listed directly beneath the question.

Non-guest participants survey[edit]

Intro. Thanks for participating at the Teahouse! My name is Jonathan. I'm a researcher working with the Wikimedia Foundation, and a Teahouse host. I would like to hear a little bit about your experience as a veteran Wikipedian who participated in Teahouse, to help us make it an even better place for all Wikipedia editors in the future. If you're interested in helping out, please answer the questions below. The survey is brief, and should take less than 15 minutes to complete.

By answering these questions, you permit me to record your responses and agree to donate them to the public domain. This allows us to freely share your answers with others for the purpose of open analysis, research, and study.
