Who doesn't use Wikipedia?

Interesting study! I'm eager to see the results :)

One of your questions is "who are the people who aren’t using Wikipedia as much, or not at all, and why not?". However, from what I understood from stages 1-3, you will be recruiting respondents from on-wiki. How do you plan to target "people who aren't using Wikipedia at all"? In the stage 4 diary study?
