Time sequence data and Global South survey

• Thanks @Jmorgan (WMF): - do you know of any time-sequence data on editors from the global south? Are there plans for a follow-up to the 2014 survey? –SJ talk  02:28, 3 January 2016 (UTC)

• My understanding is that you need a user page link such as Jmorgan, which can be added with a template such as {{ping}}, but doesn't need to be. The trickier part is that the same edit that adds a user page link must also contain a timestamp in order to create an Echo notification.
