- Dear Wikipedia, my IP address is continuously being blocked by this user Shizhao for no reason whatsoever. I have been editing Wikipedia for a while now and it is upsetting that I am getting blocked for contributing all the time. It is happening a lot lately so much that it's getting out of hand. Wikipedia please take an action towards this.

Can someone please block a new user Armenian12 (http://hy.wikisource.org/wiki/%D5%84%D5%A1%D5%BD%D5%B6%D5%A1%D5%AF%D5%AB%D6%81:Armenian12) from armenian wikisource? The only activity of the user was deleting the armenian texts and putting a propaganda text in english (history of his activity) Վազգեն 22:43, 16 February 2011 (UTC)

Hello , My IP was blocked on wikipedia and to request unblock i should add an unblock text with a reason on my talk page which i cant even add it,and explain the reason why i want to be unblocked. - Sorry, I'm afraid this will have to be done locally. You aren't globally locked, by the way. It also looks like that IP isn't blocked currently; it was last blocked last year for 2 months. --Bsadowski1 08:57, 1 February 2011 (UTC)
