Opt Tsonga Wikipedia in to global sysops

It currently appears to be opted out, but it currently has a single sysop which is not active. It's currently being targeted by long-term spambots, and a steward had to do a deletion there. See ts:Special:RecentChanges.--Jasper Deng (talk) 02:31, 10 December 2012 (UTC)

Doesn't make sense to me that it is the case. I would think that any community that is of a small size should be part of the global admin network, and it seems perverse that a community that size can opt-out. I would think that stewards should be applying a similar logic of temporary <-> permanent admins, and with the appointment of 'crats. — billinghurst sDrewth 02:44, 10 December 2012 (UTC)
From what I can see tswiki is not on the list Global sysops/wiki set, or am I missing something? -- Tegel (Talk) 08:23, 10 December 2012 (UTC)
That list is not really reliable. Snowolf How can I help? 09:48, 10 December 2012 (UTC)
No, that list is manually updated, but I compared it to this page to verify tswiki. -- Tegel (Talk) 10:05, 10 December 2012 (UTC)
Seems to me that it's already a GS wiki... Snowolf How can I help? 09:49, 10 December 2012 (UTC)
