Personal info: According to stats, I've been about as active as in previous years. However, it still feels much more time-consuming than it's reflected in raw numbers. Nowadays, I can be reached much easier on Discord than IRC where I handle a couple of requests from users who know that I can be reached there easily. This also led me to take more edits on SR subpages than ever before, I think. Furthermore, I've attended various calls with the WMF about the future of the movement and the stewards' role within, as well as the monthly steward calls, in particular about technical issues. I'm still acting as a co-contact for the Wikimedia Stewards User Group but haven't had much time in the last quarter of the year for these activities due to some real-life activities for the first time again since the start of the pandemic which is why I could submit the report only later than intended. Besides that, I'm active in non-public conversations on our various channels, mostly sharing my experiences from more than a decade in this role. I'm motivated to continue my activities in a similar way and look forward to celebrating my 15th anniversary this year. Thanks in advance for your feedback!

Informationen zur Person: Bei reinem Blick auf die Statistiken war ich in etwa so aktiv wie in früheren Jahren. Es fühlt sich dennoch zeitaufwändiger an, als es die reinen Zahlen mir wiederzugeben scheinen. Heutzutage bin ich deutlich erreichbarer über Discord als über IRC, was manche Personen wissen und mich darüber für einige Anfragen direkt ansprechen. Dies führte dann auch dazu, dass ich mehr Bearbeitungen auf den SR-Unterseiten getätigt habe als wahrscheinlich jemals zuvor. Darüber hinaus stehen Videokonferenzen mit der WMF über die Zukunft des Wikiversums und die monatlichen Online-Steward-Treffen, vor allem zu technischen Themen, zu Buche. In meiner Rolle als Co-Kontakt für die Wikimedia Stewards User Group stehe ich noch immer zur Verfügung, hatte dort aber bspw. im 4. Quartal aufgrund von erstmals seit Pandemiebeginn wieder möglichen Aktivitäten im echten Leben auch nicht so viel freie Zeit, sodass der Bericht auch erst später als geplant fertig wurde. Darüber hinaus bin ich in verschiedenen internen Kanälen tätig und bringe dort meine Erfahrungen der letzten mehr als zehn Jahre ein. Ich bin motiviert, diese Aktivitäten in ähnlicher Art und Weise weiter durchzuführen und freue mich darauf, dann mein 15. Jubiläum in diesem Jahr feiern zu können. Azonban ez [a munka] úgy érzem, hogy sokkal több időt igényel, mint amit a nyers számok megmutathatnának. Ezeken túl több csatornán is részt veszek nem nyilvános beszélgetéseken, amiken elsősorban a több, mint egy évtizedes tapasztalataim osztom meg a tisztségről. Motivált vagyok: az eddigiekhez hasonlóan folytatnám [intézői] tevékenységem, és idén egy immár 15 éves jubileumnak is elé nézek. Előre is köszönöm a visszajelzéseket!

Keep at some point in one year or another DerHexer and I got in a somewhat heated fight on a list about something and we eventually reconciled. He's been a steward/functionary longer than me, so I'm sure the years run together for him even more than they do for me. Anyway, he always gets the one non-joke comment from me at confirms because of that because of my true belief that people of good will with differing opinions can get along and even if they don't get along at a moment in time, can at one point reconcile and appreciate one another. Your job is to protect the Universal Code of Conduct and the individual author, not the admins who violate it. Hello Martin, I notice that here is a perpetrator-victim reversal, so-called victim blaming. My account was banned yesterday due to lies and abuse by the administrator @Itti:. There was no rule violation, only the personal accusation of this person. In the past, this was punished as an insult to the king and called. Nobody did anything about it.
