मतदाता
आपके मतदान से पूर्व आपको चाहिए:
- कि आपका मॅटा (इस विकि) पर खाता है;
- कि आपके पास वैश्विक खाता है (अथवा' आपका मॅटा-विकि पर खाता है जिसपर आपके मुख्य विकि सदस्य पृष्ठ की कड़ी दी गयी है और आपके मुख्य विकि सदस्य पृष्ठ पर मॅटा विकि खाते की कड़ी दी हुई है);
- कि आपका खाता प्राथमिक रूप से स्वचालित (बॉट) कार्यों के लिए नहीं है;
- कि आपने ०१ नवम्बर २०१४ तक कम से कम ६०० सम्पादन कर लिए हों (एक विकि पर, अथवा एकीकृत विकियों का संयुक्त रूप से हो सकते हैं);
- कि ०१ अगस्त २०१४ से ३१ जनवरी २०१५ तक कम से कम ५० सम्पादन किये हों (उपरोक्त की तरह समान विकि पर, अथवा एकीकृत विकियों के संयुक्त सम्पादन हो सकते हैं)।

You can vote "yes", "no" or "neutral" once on any of the candidates. If you need to change your vote after, you are permitted to do so.
To vote, view the vote page of the candidate, through either clicking the link from their statement page or clicking any of the yes/no/neutral options from the main hub page. From there, right below the candidate statement is a "vote" button - press it, select your vote, enter an optional rationale and submit your vote. Your vote will be added right away, and your eligibility will be checked after.
Any user is also free to comment on the concurrently-running steward confirmations at Stewards/Confirm/2015.

- आप अपने मतदान की स्पष्टता के लिए लघु कथन (अधिक से अधिक एक अथवा दो पंक्तियाँ) जोड़ सकते हो। लम्बी बातचीत (अन्यों के मतों के प्रत्युत्तर) वार्ता पृष्ठ पर भेजे जा सकते हैं, इनके साथ एक ध्यान-टिप्पणी जोड़ दी जायेगी जिससे अन्य प्रतिभागी इनके बारे में जान सकें।

पूर्व अपेक्षित गुण
स्टीवर्डता के लिए आवेदन से पूर्व, आपको चाहिए:
- कि आप स्टीवर्ड अभिगम, कठपुतली अभिगम, पर्यवेक्षण अभिगम और निजता से सम्बंधित नीतियों से सहमति देते हो;
- कि आपके पास वैश्विक (एकल सदस्य लॉग-इन) खाता है;
- कि यहाँ मॅटा-विकि पर एक सदस्य है (जो आपके वैश्विक लॉग-इन से जुड़ा हुआ है);
- कि आपका कम से कम सार्वजनिक विकिमीडिया फाउंडेशन परियोजना पर एक खाता है जहाँ आप पिछले छः माह से सक्रीय हो;
- कि आपके पास कम से कम किसी एक विकिमीडिया फाउंडेशन परियोजना पर तीन माह तक प्रबंधकीय अधिकार रह चुके हैं अथवा वर्तमान में हैं।

Also, because steward work can lead to legal consequences and involvement (see the checkuser and oversight policies), you must:
- be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority in your country, before the final day of voting;
- provide your full name and proof of identity to the Wikimedia Foundation.
Stewards are preferably multilingual, because steward work often involves projects of varying language, but this is not a requirement. They should also be available on a reasonably common basis. The stewards policy sets limitations; for example, stewards may not use their access on projects that they are active on to avoid conflicts of interest, and are encouraged to watch and help on the steward request pages. They can also join the IRC channel #wikimedia-stewardsजुड़ें on freenode to answer requests.
Inactive stewards will have their access removed.
