Hi! I am Count Count and I am offering to serve the community as a steward. I have been a wikimedian since 2017 and my home wiki is the German Wikipedia where I am a checkuser, administrator and ex-arb and ex-VRT member. As a global sysop and an administrator on meta I have so far focused on fighting spam, regularly cleaning up linkspam crosswiki and processing global spam blacklist requests. To aid anti-spam work, I developed Spamcheck, a tool for investigating link additions across all Wikimedia wikis.
If elected I would continue with my anti-spam work as well as helping out wherever needed (in particular with SRG, SRCU, GIPBE and off-wiki requests via Discord/IRC/VRT). Also I hope I can ease the workload for all stewards with additional tools and scripts.
As a newcomer I would tread carefully until I find my footing in the new role. Having met some of the stewards off-wiki and onwiki there seems to be good teamwork and I look forward to be a new member of the team.
I have already signed the Confidentiality Agreement for Nonpublic Information, am already familiar with the checkuser policy and have read and understood the requisite policies regarding steward access, oversight access and agree to abide by all of them.
