  • Personal info: I think I would be a good steward because I've been around for awhile. I have a lot of edits, which I hear is a good thing around here. I've written several unique articles, and boosted my edit count by vandal fighting. I helped out at wiki news for a spell, but didn't like that much. I've also been on the wrong side of the law for a bit, and didn't like that either, but what can you do, some things just never change. As a steward I would try to make sure new users don't get clusterfucked by the regulars like I did when I first joined. It seems like you just have to put up with a bunch of crap for like ten years before people stop automatically putting a speedydelete tag on everything you do that actually might have promise. Ok, so I'm being a bit obtuse, but the new user experience truly sucks, I don't care who you are, and I'd like to fix that. Drew R. Smith 10:40, 24 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
