Table prefix for db tables

Some wiki-administrators will have access to only one database from their ISP. They may need to use the same database for other services (like a blog engine for example). In these cases it would be nice if all the Media Wiki tables would have a "mw_" prefix.
Or it would be better to be able to modify the prefix for tables in LocalSettings.php so it would be possible to run several wikis with only one database.
Arbitrary table prefixes, such as having more than one wiki in a single database, will be possible in MediaWiki 1.4. However, there is currently no installer.
