I am making some changes to the project structure to make it more browsable on meta. You find the original proposal on the article history. I am also making some changes according to the discussions with Orange Foundation. The original proposal was designed to frame the project on a three-years program and to allow Orange Foundation to select some of the activities according to a specific budget. Orange Foundation decided to support the project for one year with 100'000 euro.
