would you explain about the work shops conducted?

As far as I know, the workshops (that is, the ones mentioned Programs under Vivekananda Hall, Subarna Jayanti Building) will be about editing Wikipedia, particularly bn.wikipedia, how to create articles, work collaboratively etc which will be followed by an editathon the next day.
