The user with my user name on the Chinese wikipedia, http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Elvey has no edits. Apropos http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Unified_login#Someone_is_using_my_name_on_another_wiki.2C_how_can_I_get_that_account.3F , I'd like ask a bureaucrat there if I can usurp the account. I'm watching this page, but if you can reply at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Elvey , that would be ideal. Navigating the zh site is very difficult. Hoping a zh bureaucrat notices this; feel free to direct me to a better place to post this, or direct a zh bureaucrat who speaks English here. TIA.
