Thank you for your wish!

While reviewing this with the team, we were unsure about some important details to understand the feasibility of the wish:

Also, the "Tools" menu on the right hand side of the screen. That menu is taking up space on the page with a bunch of things I will never use.

Could you provide a screenshot to ensure we're on the same page? The "Tools" menu isn't shown by default to anonymous users. It's hidden in the the horizontal toolbar.

For the appearance popup, a respective Phabricator ticket has been filed: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T420219 MikeZ-WMF (talk) 10:31, 17 March 2026 (UTC)Reply

@Kckid Sorry, forgot to tag you above! We were curious if you could help clarify. MikeZ-WMF (talk) 14:36, 10 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hi @Kckid

Due to the new wishlist process, we are updating the status of this wish to “Needs clarification” (see all status).

We will triage all wishes starting November 9, and would like more information to help this process - chiefly, Could you provide a screenshot to ensure we're on the same page? The "Tools" menu isn't shown by default to anonymous users. It's hidden in the the horizontal toolbar. MikeZ-WMF (talk) 17:59, 5 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
