Wikimedia's machine translation really does badly with this job, I recommend English speakers to try deepl or Google translate as an alternative.

@Alvarosinde, I can't seem to reproduce this (using a US keyboard at least). Can you confirm you are using source editor and what editing options do you have ticked in preferences? I think "Edición de código" is source editor. Is this a common problem for all es.wiki editors, is there a discussion about it somewhere? Commander Keane (talk) 22:36, 12 November 2024 (UTC)

@Alvarosinde Have you tried this on another computer than your own ? I strongly suspect this is either browser specific (maybe some sort of installed extension?) or specific to your computer. If this was a common issue for a large part of the Spanish community, it is almost impossible that not more people would have reported this. —TheDJ (talk • contribs) 10:45, 25 March 2025 (UTC)
