[edit]I would like note that automatic classification based on nonpublic data is possibly contrary to the spirit of en:WP:NOTFISHING. Of course, this may be implemented even if it will not be used on enwiki, but it would be beneficial to check how many wikis would actually adopt this feature before this feature starts being worked-on. - The concern of NOTFISHING is if (in extreme case) we do a CheckUser for every active user there is a risk that PII is leaked to 3rd party. It is less a concern if it is designed that we do not leak anything identifiable. GZWDer (talk) 01:20, 3 January 2026 (UTC)
