Redundant wish?
[edit]This wish is in its proposed form a bit redundant as stewards (not admins) already have technical ability to perform a lock-hide. If I am not mistaken, removing (as in deleting) accounts is technically not possible nor would be in line with current license agreement (something you confirm after submitting every edit). Local admins/oversighters have also an option to hide the username from logs/histories via revision delete. A better proposal would might be to make revision deletion process for username hides easier to execute. Best regards, A09|(pogovor) 18:19, 28 July 2024 (UTC)
- I agree. Maybe with this information @WikiBayer can refine and reword the proposal a bit to make it better/more likely to be supported ? —TheDJ (talk • contribs) 14:29, 29 July 2024 (UTC)
