"Open all new changes?"
[edit]@Ita140188: maybe you are interested in this. I saw your post at Open all new changes? (agree on It would save some tedious clicking). The Global Watchlist at least has it so that one at least only needs to do one click to see the unseen changes but it's not yet usable as far as I can see due to the issues described here.
