Technical challenge

The technical challenge would be that you would have to switch the skin with Javascript (this is also how the theme settings work for anonymous users). I think it would be pretty difficult to change this level of the design with for anon users. Unlike for dark mode (which is only 1 class on the html to flip), this would require loading completely different resources and different HTML even.
