Superseded[edit]

This appears to be mostly covered by Cookie statement#3. What types of cookies does Wikimedia use?, created in 2015, and linked at the bottom of every page. Is this page still needed? It is attracting incoming links from help pages: Special:WhatLinksHere/Cookie_jar , specifically Help:Logging_in/zh and Help:Preferences/zh.
