help with user not understanding local policies

Hi! I wonder if someone here could help advise or translate. does user:Adamu ab make useful contributions at ffwiki? at enwiki they do a ton of overlinking and much of that has been reverted, they ignored talk page notices about manual of style and they tried filing an enwiki arbcom case for something about ffwiki. mediawikiwiki indef blocked, all contributions deleted. commons I only checked a few uploads, tagged one copyvio and they already had a bunch previously deleted. wikidata indef blocked, only contribs not deleted are on own user talk where they didn't seem to understand what was said or asked of them. (but they said they did) Anyway so as I said before does this user do anything useful at ffwiki? trying to figure if there's something going on besides language barrier. thank you! --Jeremyb (talk) 03:15, 11 September 2024 (UTC)

Hello @Jeremyb-phone,

Thank you for bringing our attention to this. That user as I have just checked his recent contributions is making useful contribution on ffwiki. However, I can tell from what you have observed and shared here as well as his response that he has little to no knowledge of editing Wikimedia projects (probably learned to edits on his own). He might still be a new editor who lack the basic skills. I will try to connect with the user and see how I can possibly help him improve so that such things will not happen again from him.
