I think the wikitechstrom initiative should also be included in the initiatives, as wee as the following conf : Langage épicène à la wikiconvention de 2016, conf sur le harcèlement wikiconv 2017, conférence sur le gender gap de l'unige en 2015. Nattes à chat (talk) 13:20, 5 May 2020 (UTC) ˑ I think conferences should go in the initiative part as some conferences led to initatives or became initiatives, or even are initiatives.
