Domain servers[edit]

Tracked in Phabricator:
Task T81605

IPv6 only clients can't access the different projects, thanks to the name servers not having ipv6 (ns0.wikimedia.org, ns1.wikimedia.org and ns2.wikimedia.org). I could not see any mentioning of this problem on either the tech.wikipedia.org article, or here. Are there any information in regards to this problem and if it is being worked on? Hhmm... the IPv6-enabled DNS server of my tunnelbroker (gogo6.net) resolves IPv6 fine, connecting via IPv6. Yeah, this should be addressed... perhaps AAAA records are missing for the DNS servers?--Jasper Deng (talk) 14:20, 22 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, and double thanks for creating a ticket :). Belorn (talk) 07:13, 1 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

No IPv6 on payments.wikimedia.org?[edit]

The domain payments.wikimedia.org (used when donating to the WMF via credit card) still has no IPv6. 2600:4040:500B:4200:71DF:DE60:F89F:9EF2 02:50, 25 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
