“moving these images from a repository and into other projects”[edit]

Hi,

I think “moving” can be a bit misleading here − surely we do not want folks to local-upload files on projects outside of Wikimedia Commons :)

(Also, that may be just me, but I never liked having Wikimedia Commons dubbed a “repository” − I always found that word derogatory of all the awesome work being done there − but that may be just me :)
