Clash with board meeting

This meet-up would clash with a WMUK board meeting. Based on those who must attend it, in comparison to those for whom a different day would mean they can't attend it, would there be any support for it to rescheduled? Clash with Paralympics Marathons

The Paralympics will stage three Marathons is on 9th September 2012. Two will start at 8am and there will also be a Marathon starting at 11:30am [1]
