We may need a clearer statement of the purpose of the annual planning cylce: to ensure that all entities are able to submit their annual plans by x date, so that there is a movement-wide fundraising target. Also, would each entity plan according to their own fiscal year? The quarter plan seems a bit too detailed. Bishdatta 20:24, 6 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am not sure that the Foundation taking sole responsibility for appointing people to this group is a good idea. It would give the misleading impression that the Foundation is in charge of movement-wide planning. The Land 21:35, 9 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
