Study proposal

Some research and development regarding a machine translated Wikipedia project would be useful. It could multiply Wikipedia readership so I don't see anything that would be as impactful for Wikipedia whose time has come. See Community Wishlist/Wishes/Wikipedia Machine Translation Project.
