Talk:Offline Projects/Content Development/Schools/Kenyan Topics

scope[edit]

Are we creating a whole new list of topics or we are supposed to compare with what we have in the WFS UK edition then make appropriate additons??? Stephenwanjau 06:40, 6 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Steve, we are improving on the current version. We have been given a 250-articles limit. Countercheck with what's available on the offline version first, before adding a new article to the list, to prevent double work. Thanks Abbasjnr 07:04, 6 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Categories[edit]

One thing that is a bit confusing about this is the lack of categories. Is there a way we could add a column that shows the categories (History, Geography, etc.) that these articles fall into? Maybe a more organized approach similar to India's Offline Project approach would be useful - what do you think? Jwild (talk) 22:46, 5 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, it is a bit confusing,I will try and add a categories column to the list and yes the Indian one is well organised. --mzito (talk) 06:11, 7 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Exceeded Limit[edit]

As of now you might have noticed that we have surpassed the arbitrary guideline of sticking to 250 article additions, In fact we are now at around 500 or so requested additions and yet there is more to be added. I would like to inquire of the outcomes of exceeding the limit. Will it result to a bigger file that cannot fit into a standard DVD? Or what are the repercussions? If any mzito (talk) 06:29, 12 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
