Please unblock this page[edit]
This outdated page (in "interlingua" language) needs complete updating to match the common format, however it is permanently blocked for everyone except admins. Please downgrade that protection to semiprotection, to include at least users with translation rights (including translation admins) or registered users and auto-validated users. The permanent protection is definitely not needed (at least we should be able to recategorize it like others).
