In anticipation of Wikipedia's 25th birthday, Pilipinas Panorama Community will locally commemorate WIKIPEDIA 25 at a noontime presentation and round table discussion on January 10, 2026. Our community enjoins its members and advocates to break bread together, exchange ideas — assembling PPC's extended multi-lingual Wikipedia family of Filipino editors to this event. We shall also invite friends of our community and those interested in joining us for our advocacies.

[edit]The Pilipinas Panorama Community (PPC) is one in joining Wikipedia’s online 25th birthday celebration, and more! PPC will hold a presentation and round table interactive workshop over lunch; to plan, discuss and hone our Wikipedia initiatives for Philippine language diversity.
Venue
[edit]Casino Español de Manila, a national cultural heritage edifice traces its provenance to 1888. It is a landmark of Manila’s ancient Ermita settlement, documented as early as 1582 as a convergence venue for insular Hispano-Filipinos, Peninsular expatriates and Manila's illustrado society. PPC’s Philippine Language and Cultural Diversity agenda is tangent with the venue's cultural confluence. This is followed by a photowalk to the nearby Paco Park, a National historical shrine.
