Dear requestors, if you want new languages added nowadays you don't have to use SVN anymore, it's all in git and reviewed via gerrit. The relevant files are in the operations/puppet repo in /manifests/role/planet.pp and /manifests/misc/planet.pp. You can contact me as Mutante on Freenode IRC if you have questions. To add a new language i'll need the translation of the 3 words "Subscribe", "Subscriptions" and "Last updated" in your language of choice and at least one working feed URL.
